On the morning of October 27, in Ninh Binh Province, the Vietnam International Digital Week 2025 (VIDW 2025) officially kicked off. The event was organized by the Ministry of Science and Technology in collaboration with the People’s Committee of Ninh Binh Province, under the theme “AI Institutions”, emphasizing the importance of building effective policies and frameworks to foster the development of artificial intelligence.
The event brought together around 800 domestic and international delegates, including ministerial leaders, ASEAN country representatives, strategic partners such as the United States, South Korea, and Australia, as well as leaders of major international organizations like the United Nations (UN), the World Bank (WB), UNESCO, the European Union (EU), and leading Vietnamese and global technology corporations.
