On the morning of August 25, 2025, at Hoa Lac Hi-Tech Park, the National Innovation Center, in collaboration with the Ministry of Finance and relevant partners, organized the official launch ceremony of three strategic innovation networks: the Quantum Technology Network, the Cybersecurity Network, and the Aerospace & UAV Technology Network.
The event aims to realize the objectives set out in Resolution No. 57-NQ/TW dated December 22, 2024, by the Politburo on breakthroughs in science, technology, innovation, and national digital transformation, as well as Decision No. 1131/QD-TTg dated June 12, 2025, by the Prime Minister on the issuance of the List of Strategic Technologies and Strategic Technology Products.
The ceremony was attended by Deputy Prime Minister Nguyen Chi Dung, leaders of the Ministry of Finance, central and local government agencies, universities, research institutes, banks, investment funds, embassies, international organizations, enterprises, and industry experts.
Amidst intense global competition in technology, Vietnam’s simultaneous launch of three innovation networks in such critical fields as quantum, cybersecurity, and aerospace signifies the country’s strong commitment to enhancing scientific and technological capacity, gradually mastering key industries with major implications for national security, defense, and socio-economic development.
As a pioneering technology enterprise in UAV research and development in Vietnam, HTI Group is honored to be an official member of the Vietnam UAV Network, making active contributions to network development and the promotion of a complete UAV ecosystem.
