On the occasion of the 78th Anniversary of the War Invalids and Martyrs’ Day (July 27, 1947 – July 27, 2025), on the morning of July 20, HTI Group joined a delegation from the Hanoi Police Department—including the Forensic Science Division, the Personnel and Organization Division, and the Homeland Security Division—to offer incense and flowers at the Vietnam – Laos International Cemetery (Anh Son Commune, Nghe An Province).
The Vietnam – Laos Martyrs’ Cemetery is the resting place of nearly 11,000 martyrs—officers, volunteer soldiers, and Vietnamese experts who fought and sacrificed their lives in Laos. This is also the only cemetery in Vietnam bearing the names of both countries, symbolizing the profound friendship between Vietnam and Laos.
In a solemn and sacred atmosphere, the delegation respectfully bowed before the heroic spirits of the martyrs, remembering their immense sacrifices for the independence, freedom, and happiness of the people.
As part of the trip, the delegation also visited and offered incense at President Ho Chi Minh’s hometown—paying tribute at his humble stilt house, the place where Vietnam’s great leader and beloved father of the nation was born and raised.
Each stick of incense lit carried a sincere prayer and boundless gratitude to President Ho Chi Minh and the heroic martyrs—the outstanding children of the nation who gave their lives for independence and freedom. Members of HTI Group not only expressed deep remembrance and respect but also took a moment of solemn reflection to truly appreciate the value of today’s peace—a priceless treasure paid for with the blood and sacrifices of our forefathers during the difficult years of war.
HTI Group considers preserving and promoting the spirit of “When drinking water, remember its source” an essential part of its corporate culture and of every Vietnamese person’s identity. Gratitude journeys like this one are not just commemorative events, but also a strong bridge connecting the past, present, and future. They inspire a spirit of service and solidarity with the community, fostering sustainable values and carrying forward the nation’s patriotic traditions and noble acts of kindness.
