In March 2025, with the support and introduction of the Nghe An Provincial Police and the former Quỳ Châu District Youth Union, HTI Group visited and sponsored three impoverished households in Hung Chan Commune (formerly Quỳ Châu District, Nghe An Province), providing each with 60 million VND to build sturdy homes to replace their temporary shelters. After four months of construction, the houses were gradually completed.

The inauguration ceremony took place at the home of Mrs. Dang Thi Thuyen, Dom 2 Village, Hung Chan Commune, with the attendance of representatives from HTI Group’s charity delegation, Hanoi City Police, Nghe An Provincial Police, the Standing Committee of the Commune Party Committee, representatives of the People’s Council, People’s Committee, Fatherland Front, other local organizations, and the beneficiary families.

Speaking at the ceremony, Ms. Nghiem Thi Chung, Deputy General Director of HTI Group, emphasized:

“HTI Group is always aware of its role and responsibility in contributing to the community, especially in supporting those in difficult circumstances. The ‘Compassionate House’ program in Hung Chan is not just a charity activity, but also a long-term commitment by HTI Group to spread humanitarian values and contribute to building a better society.”

After handing over the three houses, the charity delegation continued to the Hung Chan Commune People’s Committee and presented 30 gift packages to disadvantaged students at Chau Phong Primary School. The gifts included cash, notebooks, backpacks, and school supplies, with a total value of 50 million VND. Additionally, representatives from the Hanoi City Police presented meaningful gifts such as summer and winter uniforms, essential food items, and household necessities for the children and their families.

We believe that the handover of “Compassionate Houses” and the support for students today will mark the beginning of positive change within the community. These homes will help three families overcome hardship, stabilize their lives, and improve their livelihoods, while the gifts will motivate the students, giving them better conditions to continue their educational journey and personal growth.

HTI Group sincerely thanks the Hanoi City Police, Nghe An Provincial Police, the teachers, and the local authorities of Hung Chan Commune for their warm welcome and wholehearted support. This heartfelt companionship and encouragement will continue to be a driving force for HTI Group to spread love, compassion, and contribute to building a better future for communities across the country.
