HTI Group is currently recruiting a Marketing Staff to join our team in Hanoi.

1. Job Description

• Website management: content planning, keywords, SEO optimization, …
• Build, manage and optimize communication channels: Facebook, Youtube, Email marketing, Linkedin, …
• Planning and deploying content and images on marketing channels, coordinating weekly posted content
• Design: posters, banners, marketing materials of the company
• Monitor the indexes on fanpage, website, keyword rank, statistics and make periodic reports.
• Build content strategy, keyword strategy to increase company rankings on main search pages.
• Explore new advertising channels, research and deploy new technologies in the field of Digital Marketing.
• Participating in events, seminars, exhibitions
• Planning and implementing periodical production plan

2. Job Requirements

•  Graduates with a bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication  or related fields
• At least 1 year of experience in a similar position.
• Knowledge of content management on websites and different social media (such as Facebook, Instagram, Tiktok, Youtube,…).
• Creativity at work (Content, Infographic, images, videos, ..) to make the articles attract and maintain visitors to the website, fanpage, youtube,…)
• Ability to use basic design software: Illustrator, Photoshop, video editing and editing software, …
• Having knowledge and understanding about SEO, Online Marketing tools: Google Adwords, Facebook Ads, Zalo, Tiktok,…
• Dynamic, sociable, cheerful, high responsibility at work
• Able to work under pressure, enthusiastic and creative at work, working independently and in groups.
