1. Job Description

• Planning and implementing periodical production plan
• Supervising occupational safety and industrial hygiene in the production area.
• Control technology process, production quality.
• Detecting problems, errors about machines and solving them in time
• Survey, research and improve the existing equipment in the production line.
• Control and maintain machine operation.
• Implement technical goals, meet the development needs of the company.

2. Job Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience and qualification as a workshop manager in a manufacturing company.
• Able to read and analyze technical drawings.
• Proficient in programming, running lathe, milling, CNC.
• Schedule production and have the ability to arrange work.
• Have management skills, have the ability to train and develop new workers,
• Ability to work under pressure, know how to share, learn, have leadership qualities.
