The seminar was organized with the aim of strengthening connections among research and training institutions, law enforcement agencies, and technology enterprises, thereby promoting the application of advanced scientific and technological achievements in professional operations. The program took place in an open, dynamic, and in-depth atmosphere, featuring practical insights from police officers directly involved in crime prevention and control, academic and professional perspectives from the People’s Police Academy, and notably, advanced technology solutions and products researched, developed, and applied by HTI Group.

A key highlight of the seminar was the in-depth presentations delivered by HTI Group’s experts, introducing Make in Vietnam products fully mastered by HTI Group, from core technologies to design and manufacturing. A notable example was the Horus P02 UAV, an unmanned aerial vehicle oriented toward applications in surveillance, reconnaissance, data collection, and support for maintaining security and public order under various operational conditions.

Outstanding solutions included AI-powered digital forensics and video data analysis platforms such as HVideo and Video Insight, as well as cybersecurity solutions including Seekr Core, SlachBAS, and Fyndr, which support comprehensive collection, analysis, and monitoring of social media data, as well as tracking and identifying subjects in cyberspace.

Representatives of Vibotics, a member company of HTI Group, also presented artificial intelligence–based solutions addressing challenges in the management, analysis, and transformation of digital multimedia data, including AI Chatbot, Neo Vision Pro, and Audio Denoise Pro. These solutions contribute to optimizing information processing time and enhancing research and management efficiency across various fields such as education, science, industry, and e-government.

Alongside the “Make by HTI” products, HTI Group also showcased professional operational equipment and advanced scientific and technological analysis systems from leading global partners such as Magnet Forensics, ACELab, Foclar, Oxygen, Axon, 908 Devices, and Delta, as well as analytical and quantitative instruments from PerkinElmer, Amos, and Coxem, exclusively distributed by HTI Scientific. These solutions effectively support criminalistics and forensic investigations, as well as research and testing activities.

In his remarks at the seminar, Associate Professor, PhD, Colonel Tran Hong Quang – Deputy Director of Nghe An Provincial Police, emphasized:
“This seminar provides an opportunity for law enforcement agencies to collaborate with Vietnamese technology enterprises to share and exchange breakthrough solutions and ideas. Through this, we can concretize the direction set by General Secretary To Lam at the 2025 Review Conference of the Central Steering Committee for Science, Technology Development, Innovation, and Digital Transformation, with the spirit of ‘breakthrough actions and widespread impact’, shifting the working mindset from ‘doing something’ to ‘doing it thoroughly and effectively’.”

At the seminar, Mr. Nguyen Sy Thanh – Chairman of the Board of Directors of HTI Group, shared that HTI Group remains steadfast in its orientation toward researching and developing technology products closely aligned with the practical missions of law enforcement forces. HTI Group combines domestic expertise with leading global technologies to deliver effective solutions tailored to Vietnam’s needs.
In recent years, HTI Group has intensified its efforts to independently research and master core technologies, develop Make in Vietnam products, and showcase them at international defense and security exhibitions such as the Asian Security and Defense Exhibition and Milipol Paris, thereby affirming the capabilities of Vietnamese technology enterprises on the global stage.
The Chairman of the Board of Directors of HTI Group also expressed his hope that in the coming period, HTI Group will continue to expand cooperation and partnership with the People’s Police Academy and Nghe An Provincial Police in researching, developing, and applying technology products, contributing to enhanced effectiveness in crime prevention and control and serving the mission of safeguarding national security and social order.
The seminar carried strong practical significance, contributing to the sharing of experience, introduction of new products, and promotion of modern technology applications in maintaining security and public order in Nghe An Province in particular and across the country in general. Through this program, HTI Group aims to further strengthen cooperation with Nghe An Provincial Police and universities and academies, share innovative solutions, enhance the effectiveness of scientific and technological research and application in law enforcement and crime prevention amid increasingly complex challenges, and reaffirm its pioneering role on the journey of “Innovation for People,” accompanying the nation’s aspiration for prosperity in the era of renewal.
