To meet the growing demand for high-tech product development in the IoT sector, HTI Group is recruiting a Hardware Design Engineer. In this role, you will directly contribute to the design, development, and optimization of positioning devices, intelligent alert systems, network modules, and other IoT products. Details are as follows:

1. JOB DESCRIPTION

Design & Development

• Design hardware schematics for electronic projects

• Perform professional PCB layout, ensuring compliance with signal integrity, noise control, and thermal standards

Testing & Debugging

• Test and debug prototype boards, modules, and hardware products

• Proficiently use professional measurement equipment such as oscilloscopes and spectrum analyzers to evaluate circuit performance

• Participate in product testing and evaluation in accordance with EMI/EMC standards

Documentation & Support

• Prepare detailed documentation for design processes, test results, and manufacturing guidelines

• Work closely with Firmware/Software teams to integrate and optimize complete systems

2. JOB REQUIREMENTS

• College or Bachelor’s degree in Electronics, Automation, Telecommunications Engineering, or related technical fields

• Proficient in Altium Designer for schematic capture and PCB layout

• Experience with circuit simulation software is an advantage

• Strong knowledge of power supply design, especially DC-DC converters and LDOs

• Solid foundation in analog and digital signal processing

• Familiarity with common communication protocols: I2C, I2S, SPI, UART, etc.

• Ability to design and layout 4-layer PCBs or higher

• English proficiency: able to read and understand technical documentation
