To support business expansion and development, HTI Group is currently recruiting for the position of Head of International Sales with the following details:

1. JOB DESCRIPTION

• Identify, develop, and manage international customers and partners

• Introduce, consult, and promote technical products and solutions (security, surveillance, digital transformation solutions, etc.)

• Build and maintain relationships with overseas partners, agents, and distributors

• Participate in domestic and international trade fairs, exhibitions, and seminars to promote products and solutions

• Negotiate contracts, commercial terms, and pricing with international clients

• Coordinate with the Technical team to provide product consultations tailored to customer requirements

• Perform other tasks as assigned by the Head of Department

2. JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, International Trade, Engineering, or related fields

• English proficiency: Fluent in all four skills (strong communication skills required)

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in international sales or working with overseas partners

• Experience leading a team of 3 or more members

• Knowledge of technical equipment/products is an advantage

• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

• Willingness to travel overseas when required
