On the morning of January 31, 2026, at HTI Group Headquarters in Hanoi, the Group’s Board of Directors, together with the Directors of member companies, Heads of representative offices, and the management team, convened for the Annual Review of 2025 Operations and the Deployment of the 2026 Action Plan.
The event provided an important opportunity for HTI Group’s leadership to reflect on the past year, comprehensively assess achieved results and completed objectives, and candidly identify areas requiring further improvement as the Group moves into its next phase of development.
The year 2025 marked a significant milestone for HTI Group, with notable achievements across multiple dimensions. The Group maintained a clear and well-structured development strategy, while many member companies met and exceeded their planned targets—demonstrating the determination, perseverance, and strong sense of responsibility of the Board of Directors and all employees.
In particular, the establishment of HTI UAS as a new member company, along with the successful research, completion, and commercialization of various new technology products, significantly enhanced HTI Group’s competitiveness and its ability to meet the evolving needs of customers and partners.
At the same time, HTI Group continued to affirm its aspiration to expand internationally by showcasing Vietnamese-developed, technology-driven products at leading global events and exhibitions such as Asian Defence Exhibition 2025 and Milipol Paris 2025. These activities marked important steps in positioning Vietnamese technological capabilities on the global map.
Speaking at the ceremony, Mr. Nguyen Sy Thanh, Chairman of the Board of Directors of HTI Group, emphasized that 2025 witnessed remarkable progress compared to 2024. Business performance nearly reached the set targets, and notably, the Group achieved a significant milestone by introducing HTI Group’s brand and products to international markets—affirming the intelligence and determination of Vietnamese engineers and enterprises.
Throughout its 10-year journey of formation and development, HTI Group has remained steadfast in its core values: continuous effort, humility, sincerity, and integrity, always placing customers and partners at the center of all activities. These values serve as the guiding principles that enable the Group to remain resilient in the face of challenges, persistently pursue its goals, and continuously improve day by day.
At the event, HTI Group’s leadership also defined key strategic objectives for 2026, along with a long-term vision for the 2026–2036 period, aiming to build HTI Group into a leading technology enterprise in Vietnam, gradually expanding into international markets and making meaningful contributions to the nation’s development.
