On the morning of January 24, 2026, HTI Group officially held the Announcement Ceremony and presented the Decision on the establishment of HTI UAS Joint Stock Company. The event marked a significant milestone in HTI Group’s long-term development strategy, demonstrating its strong commitment to in-depth investment in high-technology sectors, particularly Unmanned Aerial Systems (UAS).

HTI UAS Joint Stock Company was established with a clear orientation toward researching, developing, and manufacturing “Make in Vietnam” UAV platforms, effectively serving missions in security and defense, patrol, reconnaissance, area surveillance, and protection of critical civil infrastructure. At the same time, HTI UAS aims to expand UAV applications in civilian fields such as topographic surveying, urban management, agriculture and forestry, search and rescue, as well as intelligent data collection and analysis, thereby contributing to national digital transformation and modernization.

One of the key development priorities of HTI UAS is to master the design and production technologies of UAV components, subsystems, and control systems, fully researched and manufactured in Vietnam by Vietnamese engineers. As a core member of the Vietnam Aerospace – Aviation – Unmanned Aerial Systems Network (AUVS VN), HTI UAS will actively participate in research, testing, and development activities, gradually bringing Vietnamese UAV products to international markets.

The establishment of HTI UAS affirms HTI Group’s strategic and long-term vision in building a specialized entity capable of mastering core technologies and proactively developing and manufacturing products that meet the increasingly stringent demands of both domestic and international markets.
Beyond being an important step in corporate development strategy, HTI UAS also reflects HTI Group’s commitment and responsibility to contributing to the growth of Vietnam’s high-technology industry, enhancing technological self-reliance, strengthening national competitiveness, and realizing the aspiration for sustainable development in the digital era.
