On December 30, 2025, at the VinPalace Co Loa Convention Center (Hanoi), the 2025 National Forum on the Development of Vietnam’s Technology Enterprises officially took place under the theme “From Make in Viet Nam to the Aspiration to Lead”. The event was attended by leaders of the Party and the State; leaders of central ministries, agencies, and departments; representatives of local authorities; and a large number of Vietnamese digital technology enterprises.
The Forum is regarded as a significant milestone, demonstrating Vietnam’s strong determination to build a robust technology enterprise sector, gradually master core, foundational, and strategic technologies, and move toward a leading role in the national digital transformation process.
One of the most notable highlights of this year’s Forum was the first-ever live demonstration of “real-world” technology products. Instead of theoretical presentations, Vietnamese technology enterprises directly showcased their products through practical scenarios, allowing delegates and guests to observe, experience, and verify technological capabilities on-site.
This approach not only reflects the growing maturity of Vietnam’s technology enterprises but also affirms a development orientation that closely aligns products with the country’s real-world needs.
HTI Group and the UAV Horus Milestone at the forum
Participating in the Forum as a partner and a representative technology enterprise, HTI Group made a strong impression through the demonstration of UAV Horus – a long-range reconnaissance unmanned aerial vehicle independently researched, designed, and manufactured by HTI’s engineering team.
During the technology demonstration, UAV Horus successfully carried out multiple simulated real-world mission scenarios, including wide-area reconnaissance and patrol, victim detection, and identification of illegal intrusions.
Through these demonstrations, UAV Horus showcased its strong capability to effectively support functional forces in security surveillance, search and rescue operations, and border protection, meeting the stringent requirements of specialized and demanding missions.
