On the afternoon of 13 February, the Board of Directors of the HTI Group and the Board of Directors of the Bateco Group signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) at the headquarters of the Bateco Group, which represents an important milestone and opens up potential strategic cooperation opportunities between the two sides in the future.
During the ceremony, senior executives of HTI Group and Bateco Group exchanged and openly shared their capabilities, visions and strategic orientations. This is the basis for future strategic cooperation projects of HTI Group and Bateco Group in many areas:
- Security – Defence
- Technology Architecture Construction
- Industrial real estate
- High-tech application manufacturing
- Potential areas to lead future trends such as AI, Blockchain,…
The leaders of both sides pledged to work together, promote the strengths of both sides for mutual development, share strengths and potential projects, and support and share production and business activities together.
The signing ceremony was held in a friendly and open atmosphere between the Board of Directors and senior executives of both sides. This is also an opportunity for both sides to exchange, learn and understand each other’s culture and working environment, share valuable experiences and build a sustainable and trustworthy cooperation together.
