On the morning of November 14, 2025, the Vietnam International Low-Altitude Economy Forum 2025 (VI-LAEF 2025) officially opened in Hanoi under the patronage of the National Innovation Center (NIC) – Ministry of Planning and Investment. The event brought together government authorities, industry experts, and domestic and international enterprises to discuss visions, policies, and solutions for advancing the Low-Altitude Economy (LAE) in Vietnam.

In the context of a rapidly expanding digital economy and high-tech industries becoming key drivers of national growth, developing the low-altitude economy—encompassing unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs/drones), low-altitude logistics, spatial data systems, and digital infrastructure—is viewed as a strategic direction and a potential new economic pillar in the era of comprehensive digital transformation.

VI-LAEF 2025 aims to enhance strategic dialogue among regulators, businesses, experts, and international organizations; facilitate the exchange of advanced technologies and development models; and recommend supportive policies to build a safe, efficient, and sustainable low-altitude economy ecosystem in Vietnam.

As a core member of the Vietnam Aviation, Aerospace & Unmanned Vehicle Network (AUVS VN), HTI Group has actively contributed to research, testing, and policy consultation to support Vietnam’s LAE development. During the forum, HTI Group shared strategic vision along with practical insights derived from deploying UAV technologies in low-altitude airspace management, logistics, civil monitoring, and security operations. These contributions provided valuable technical perspectives to assist policymakers and industry stakeholders in shaping a robust and pragmatic low-altitude ecosystem for Vietnam.

At the technology exhibition area, the Horus P02 —a tactical long-range UAV “Make in Vietnam,” fully designed, developed, and manufactured by HTI Group—became a notable highlight, drawing strong interest from experts, policymakers, and international partners. The product stands as a clear demonstration of HTI Group’s mastery of core technologies and our pioneering ambition to build Vietnamese technological solutions that support economic development and national security.
