To meet the growing demand for business expansion in the Central region, HTI Group is recruiting for the position of Presales Engineer with the following details:
1. JOB DESCRIPTION
-
Search, research, and compile catalogs of equipment, consumables, chemicals, etc. in the Chemistry – Biology fields
-
Conduct market and competitor research in terms of pricing and product quality
-
Perform on-site product demonstrations for customers
-
Prepare technical materials for product portfolios and customer seminars/workshops
-
Maintain communication with manufacturers/suppliers: update technical documents, certifications, and policies
-
Provide pre- and post-sales technical support (installation, handover, training, warranty, etc.)
-
Prepare consumables lists, cost estimates, and provide technical support for the Sales team
-
Study public procurement regulations and bidding templates, as well as customer-specific requirements
-
Support sales activities by providing technical information, documentation, and professional consultation to the Sales team
-
Participate in professional training programs, technical certification exams, and solution-consulting training to ensure job competency
-
Perform other tasks as assigned by management and the Board of Directors
2. JOB REQUIREMENTS
-
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Biomedical Electronics, Physics, Automation, Chemistry, Biology, Biotechnology, Biomedical Engineering, Environmental Science, or related technical fields

2–3 years of experience in a similar position; experience working with analytical, laboratory testing, or molecular biology equipment is an advantage

Solid technical knowledge and application understanding of scientific and technological equipment

Strong presentation, training, and professional communication skills

Ability to analyze markets, develop plans, and prepare reports
-
Proficient in office software (Excel, PowerPoint, CRM)
-
English proficiency: ability to read and translate technical documents
-
Proactive, honest, detail-oriented, and highly responsible
-
Willingness to travel domestically and internationally
