To meet the growing demand for human resources in product expansion and development, HTI Group is currently recruiting for the position of Planning & Construction Specialist with the following details:

1. JOB DESCRIPTION

• Conduct preliminary surveys of land conditions, traffic, and infrastructure

• Prepare planning task dossiers for Detailed Planning 1/500

• Participate in planning appraisal meetings

• Control construction planning indicators (building density, height, FAR, etc.)

• Prepare dossiers for community consultation and feedback

• Perform other tasks as assigned by the Head of Department

2. JOB REQUIREMENTS

• University degree in Architecture & Urban Planning, Construction, or related majors

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in planning consultancy or urban design

• Experience in leading or participating in the preparation of Planning Tasks and Master Plans at scales 1/500 and 1/2000

• Solid understanding of construction standards and regulations (QCXDVN, QCVN 01) and provincial/municipal master planning

Core competencies:

• Coordinating with consultants to develop zoning plans and Detailed Planning 1/500

• Reviewing and checking consultancy deliverables

• Working directly with the Department of Construction and the Department of Planning & Architecture

• Willingness to travel on long-term business trips
