To meet the growing demand for human resources in product expansion and development, HTI Group is currently recruiting for the position of Legal & Investment Specialist with the following details:

1. JOB DESCRIPTION

Preparation of legal documentation, including:

• Official letters requesting site surveys

• Dossiers for investment policy approval

• Dossiers for selection of investors for industrial clusters (ICs)

• Applications for land allocation / land lease

• Legal dossiers for urban development projects

Other responsibilities:

• Monitoring and handling official correspondence and documents with relevant government departments and authorities

• Performing legal-related tasks when working with consultants on planning, land issues, and design

2. JOB REQUIREMENTS

• University degree or higher in Law

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in legal matters related to real estate investment, industrial parks, infrastructure construction, or urban development

• Strong knowledge of: Investment Law, Land Law, Construction Law, Housing Law, and Urban Planning regulations

Core competencies:

• Drafting submissions, official letters, and legal dossiers at provincial/municipal levels

• Communication and coordination with government departments and authorities
