• Searching and learning for products/solutions that suitable for customer requirements
• Performing demonstrations to customers or leading and in charge of translator in seminars/workshops with oversea providers
• Having basic knowledge about functionalities and how to use products and taking care technical support for some products after sale
• Maintaining and developing relationship with local and oversea partners
• Cooperating with other departments to handover and perform acceptance test for products

Job Requirements:

• Able to read and research English technical documents as well as communicate with partners/providers by English is mandatory
• Ages: 1990 – 1996. Graduated from University, major of Information Technology / Telecommunication / Information System/ Biochemistry
• Having more than 2 years of experience at relevant positions
• Having good knowledge about system, applications, services in multiple Operating System versions of Windows Server, Linux. Having knowledge / certificate that equivalent to MCP, MCTIP-SA, LPIC-1, LPIC-2 is an advantageHaving basic knowledge about network topologies. Having knowledge / certificate that equivalent CCNA is an advantage
• Having basic knowledge about virtualization and storage is an advantage
• Having good knowledge about system GSMS, LSMS, Microscope … (Only for graduate candidates specializing in Biochemistry)
