To meet the growing demand for human resources in product expansion and development, HTI Group is seeking qualified candidates for the position of Head of Infrastructure Project Development & Investment, with details as follows:

1. JOB DESCRIPTION

• Work directly with the People’s Committee of Hai Phong City, the People’s Committee of Viet Khe Commune, and relevant departments including the Department of Construction, Department of Industry and Trade, Department of Agriculture & Environment, Department of Finance, etc.

• Take responsibility for procedures such as site survey approval, planning amendments, investment policy approval, detailed planning (1/500), land allocation, site clearance, etc.

• Control and ensure the quality of all legal, planning, financial, and land-related dossiers.

• Chair inter-agency meetings and handle arising issues.

• Manage, assess, and evaluate the performance and effectiveness of personnel within the Division.

2. JOB REQUIREMENTS

• University degree in Construction, Urban Planning, Architecture, or related fields

• Minimum of 8 years of experience in industrial real estate development, infrastructure construction, or urban development

• Experience in participating in at least one Industrial Cluster/Industrial Park (IC/IP) project or one urban development project from the preparation stage

Core competencies:

• Strong relationships with relevant government departments and authorities

• Excellent skills in working with government bodies and handling complex administrative procedures

• Ability to organize, delegate tasks, and manage project schedules

• Willingness to travel on long-term business trips
