HTI UAS Joint Stock Company (HTI UAS) is a subsidiary of HTI Group, specializing in the research, development, and manufacturing of unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) systems and related products, including UAVs, drones, payloads, and supporting systems for unmanned aerial vehicles.

Position Objective: The position is responsible for marketing, sales support, and customer and partner development for HTI UAS. The role also requires the ability to accompany the Director on business trips, conferences, exhibitions, and external relations activities. HTI UAS is currently looking for a Marketing and Business Development Support Specialist, with the following details:

1. JOB DESCRIPTION

• Develop and update business materials, including company profiles, brochures, product catalogues, presentation slides, partnership proposals, and sales materials.
• Plan and produce communication content (articles, images, short videos) for Fanpage, YouTube, Website, LinkedIn, press/media, and other communication platforms to promote the company’s brand and products.
• Coordinate the organization of marketing events such as exhibitions, seminars, conferences, UAV/product demonstrations, and customer and partner visits; carry out communication activities before, during, and after events.
• Monitor, research, and analyze the UAV market, technology trends, competitors, industry developments, and potential business and partnership opportunities in Vietnam and international markets.
• Identify, approach, and maintain relationships with customers; support the development of domestic and international business opportunities through marketing and communication activities.
• Collect and consolidate customer needs; coordinate with the technical team to develop product and solution presentations and prepare materials for customer consultation and presentations.
• Support the Director in preparing materials and content for meetings and business trips; record and follow up on action items after meetings and working sessions.

2. JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Commerce, Communications, Engineering, or a related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in B2B marketing, business development, project sales, or technology products.
• Strong communication skills; good at writing content, business materials, and presentation slides.
• Ability to create content and take photos/shoot and edit basic videos using smartphones or cameras to support digital communications.
• Proficient in social media platforms, Canva/basic design tools, Excel/Google Sheets; basic advertising skills are an advantage but not required.
• Ability to learn about and communicate technical products and solutions effectively. Willingness to comply with the company’s data confidentiality and security regulations.
• Good command of English; Chinese language skills are an advantage.
• Proactive, confident, responsible, detail-oriented, able to work under pressure, and willing to travel for business.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by the Director/Head of Business Development.
