HTI UAS Joint Stock Company (HTI UAS), a member of HTI Group, focuses on research, development, and manufacturing of unmanned aerial systems, including UAVs, drones, payloads, and supporting systems. To support product development expansion, HTI UAS is currently hiring for the position of Hardware Design Engineer with the following details:

1. Job Description

Design & Development:

• Design schematic diagrams for hardware projects;
• Perform professional PCB layout, ensuring standards for signal integrity, noise reduction, and thermal performance.

Testing & Debugging:

• Test and debug prototype boards, modules, and hardware products;
• Proficient in using measurement equipment such as Oscilloscopes and Spectrum Analyzers to evaluate circuit performance;
• Participate in testing and evaluation according to electromagnetic interference (EMI) standards.

Documentation & Support:

• Document design processes, testing results, and production guidelines;
• Collaborate closely with Firmware/Software teams to integrate and optimize systems;
• Perform other tasks as assigned by the Department Head.

2. Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Electronics, Automation, Telecommunications, or related fields;
• At least 1 year of experience in a similar role;
• Proficient in Altium Designer for schematic design and PCB layout;
• Skilled in circuit simulation software;
• Strong knowledge of power supply design, especially DC-DC and LDO circuits;
• Solid foundation in analog and digital signal processing;
• Familiar with common communication protocols: I2C, I2S, SPI, UART, etc.;
• Ability to design and layout multilayer PCBs (4 layers or more).
