3. Job Description
- Draft contracts and negotiate with suppliers;
- Track shipment schedules to ensure timely delivery with correct quality and quantity; handle issues arising during the import process;
- Coordinate with suppliers and internal departments to prepare shipping documents for customs clearance and handover requirements (CO, CQ, etc.);
- Work with forwarders to handle transportation and customs declarations;
- Monitor, reconcile payables, and process payments for service providers;
- Perform other tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
4. Job Requirements
- Age: 25–35; Gender: Female;
- Bachelor’s degree in Import-Export, International Business, or related fields;
- Experience in importing goods in industries such as healthcare, biochemistry, biotechnology, industrial machinery, electronics, technology, or security & defense;
- Proficient in office software and able to communicate in English;
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills; team-oriented with a willingness to learn;
- Honest, responsible, and detail-oriented.
