To support business expansion and product development, HTI Group is currently looking to hire an Internal Control Specialist with the following details:

1. Job Description

  • Review internal processes across departments and subsidiaries to ensure consistency, feasibility, and effectiveness;
  • Monitor and inspect transactions to ensure revenues, expenses, and document approvals comply with company regulations and procedures;
  • Propose, advise, and improve accounting and financial procedures to identify non-compliance and financial risks for the Board of Management;
  • Identify risks arising from internal control and audit activities, and recommend effective mitigation and risk management solutions;
  • Participate in the annual financial statement audit process;
  • Perform other tasks as assigned by the Chief Accountant and the Board of Management.

2. Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related fields;
  • 3–5 years of experience in professional roles such as internal control, general accounting, auditing, or quality management in trading, manufacturing companies, or auditing firms;
  • Experience in drafting and controlling internal processes within enterprises;
  • Preference for candidates holding certifications such as CPA, ACCA, etc.;
  • Strong knowledge of tax and accounting regulations, with experience in financial statements;
  • Proficiency in office software and reporting skills;
  • Quick thinking, good communication skills;
  • Ability to work independently and in teams, with high responsibility and ability to handle work pressure.
