HTI UAS Joint Stock Company (HTI UAS), a member of HTI Group, is responsible for research, development, and manufacturing of unmanned aerial systems, including UAVs, drones, payloads, and supporting systems. To support product development expansion, HTI UAS is currently hiring for the position of Quality Management Engineer with the following details:
1. Job Description
- Manage and inspect the quality of input components such as batteries, motors, etc.;
- Establish control processes, build quality standards, and manage production issues;
- Monitor and control design quality from preliminary stages to detailed design;
- Ensure all processes in the R&D and production chain comply with ECSS/AS9100/NASA standards;
- Perform other tasks as assigned by the Department Head.
2. Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Aerospace Engineering, Mechatronics, Mechanical Engineering, Systems Engineering, Materials Science, or related fields;
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar position;
- Ability to read and understand technical drawings (SolidWorks, AutoCAD, etc.);
- Knowledge of materials, mechanical structures, and use of measurement tools.
