To meet the growing demand for human resources as HTI Group expands the development of high-tech products in the IoT sector, we are looking for an R&D Design Specialist. In this role, you will directly contribute to the design, development, and optimization of positioning devices, smart warning systems, network modules, and other IoT devices.
1. Job Description
- Research, design, and develop new products, or improve existing products, in line with the company’s direction and market demand.
- Use 3D design software such as SolidWorks, Inventor, and other relevant tools to create models, calculate structures and volumes, and optimize product shapes.
- Design and prepare detailed technical drawings for mold manufacturing or mechanical processing.
- Coordinate with the Production Department and Mold Workshop to monitor prototype development, testing processes, and resolve technical issues.
- Prepare technical documents, product standards, and related operation or assembly instructions.
2. Job Requirements
- College or university degree in Electronics, Mechatronics, Mechanical Engineering, Structural Engineering, or other related technical fields.
- At least 1 year of experience in a similar position.
- Proficient in using 3D design software such as SolidWorks, Inventor, AutoCAD 2D, and related tools.
- Good English reading skills, especially for technical documents.
