To support business expansion and product development, HTI Services is currently hiring for the position of Solution Engineer with the following details:
1. Job Description
- Collaborate with the Sales team to consult and design IT infrastructure solutions for customers;
- Advise and propose configurations for high-performance workstations and GPU servers supporting AI and data analytics systems;
- Prepare technical proposals and participate in client presentations; support demos/POCs when required;
- Perform other tasks as assigned by the Department Head.
2. Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Telecommunications, Engineering, or related fields;
- Good understanding of solution architecture, including: networking systems (VLAN, Routing, HA, security segmentation), virtualization platforms, storage systems (SAN/NAS), RAID, and security solutions;
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar position;
- Proactive, hardworking, and responsible at work.
