On the morning of March 28, 2026, HTI Group successfully held its 2026 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders, with the participation of the Board of Directors, the Executive Board, and esteemed shareholders. The meeting served as an important occasion to review the Company’s performance in 2025 and to align on strategic directions for the next stage of development.

According to reports presented at the meeting, 2025 recorded many positive results despite ongoing market challenges. HTI Group maintained stable growth momentum and successfully achieved its key targets. Notably, revenue surpassed VND 1,000 billion—a significant milestone that affirms the Company’s operational capabilities and the soundness of its development strategy.

In parallel, HTI Group continued to strengthen its research and development efforts, progressively mastering core technologies and expanding into new markets. The Group’s products and solutions have been increasingly refined, enhancing competitiveness and reinforcing its position not only in Vietnam but also in international markets.

Entering 2026, HTI Group has identified its key objective as becoming a leading Vietnamese technology conglomerate, with a strong focus on mastering core technologies and developing “Make by HTI” products. The Group will prioritize investment in R&D, build a highly applicable product ecosystem, and further enhance the quality of its workforce to meet the demands of the new growth phase.

The meeting also approved the strategic orientation for the 2026–2036 period, targeting revenue of VND 10,000 billion. This reflects HTI Group’s long-term vision and strong ambition to scale up in terms of size, brand, and market position.
