On 4 August 2026, TECHFEST Hai Phong 2026—the Hai Phong City Innovation and Startup Festival—officially opened at Vietnam Maritime University under the theme “Converging Intelligence – Advancing Innovation”. HTI Group participated in the event as a Gold Sponsor.

The event, directed by the Hai Phong City People’s Committee and organised by the Hai Phong Department of Science and Technology, brought together more than 120 technology booths and over 1,000 in-person delegates, alongside representatives of businesses and organisations from six countries.

The opening ceremony was attended by Mr Hoang Minh, Deputy Minister of Science and Technology; Mr Nguyen Mai Duong, Director General of the Department of Innovation, Ministry of Science and Technology; Mr Hoang Ngoc Nhan, Director General of the Department of Technology Entrepreneurship and Technology Enterprises, Ministry of Science and Technology; and Mr Hoang Minh Cuong, Vice Chairman of the Hai Phong City People’s Committee.

The programme also welcomed leaders of Hai Phong’s departments and agencies; representatives of central and local authorities; businesses, research institutes, universities, innovation-support organisations and startup communities from across Viet Nam.

• UAV Horus P02: A long-range unmanned aerial vehicle designed for stable operation for more than 120 minutes, with a communication range of up to 20 km; suitable for surveillance, terrain surveying, and support for security, defence and urban-management activities.
• UAV QS24: A multi-rotor unmanned aerial vehicle for missions requiring rapid deployment and observation of targets at short to medium range.
• Vibotics: Data analytics and AI application solutions developed by a member company of HTI Group.
• Analytical and testing solutions: Modern equipment and solutions supporting research, manufacturing, quality control and product development.
