At its recent 10th anniversary celebration, HTI Group was honored to receive a Certificate of Merit from the Minister of Science and Technology in recognition of its outstanding achievements in promoting the development of digital technology products, contributing to the advancement of Vietnam’s science and technology sector.

This award acknowledges the company’s continuous efforts in researching, developing, and commercializing “Make in Vietnam” digital technology products, while also affirming the increasingly important role of the digital technology business community in driving science, technology, innovation, and national digital transformation.
A decade of growth driven by technological ambition
Founded in 2016, HTI Group initially focused on products and solutions for the security and defense sector. Building on this foundation, the company has gradually expanded into software development, high-tech equipment manufacturing, artificial intelligence, and strategic technology products.
Through strong investment in research and development, HTI has built a “Make in Vietnam” technology ecosystem serving key sectors such as public safety and security, education, healthcare, mechanical engineering, automation, measurement, testing, and environmental monitoring.
Notable innovations include the Horus UAV system, with a localization rate of up to 80%, as well as software platforms such as HVideo, Smart Fusion, and Neo Vision Pro. These solutions are being applied across various operational activities, supporting government agencies and enhancing the technological capabilities of Vietnamese enterprises.

After 10 years of development, HTI Group has achieved remarkable milestones. By the end of 2025, the company’s total assets surpassed VND 1,000 billion. Revenue in 2025 exceeded VND 1,034 billion, marking a breakthrough growth of more than 50% compared to 2024. With an ecosystem of six member companies and a team of over 200 highly qualified professionals, HTI has established itself as one of Vietnam’s leading technology enterprises.
Recognizing these outstanding achievements, on March 31, 2026, the Minister of Science and Technology signed Decision No. 1948/QĐ-BKHCN to award a Certificate of Merit to HTI Group. This distinction highlights the company’s persistent efforts in developing “Make in Vietnam” digital technology products that support digital transformation, the digital economy, and the digital society.
Digital technology industry – a new growth driver
HTI Group’s development has taken place alongside the rapid growth of Vietnam’s digital technology industry. In 2025, total industry revenue was estimated at approximately USD 198 billion, representing a 26% increase compared to 2024 and exceeding the annual target by 16%.
These achievements reflect strong leadership from the Party and the State, particularly under the direction of Resolution No. 57 of the Politburo. As a key advisory body, the Ministry of Science and Technology has played an active role in improving institutional frameworks and creating an enabling legal environment to unlock resources and foster development.
Notably, the Law on Digital Technology Industry introduces a range of preferential mechanisms to support digital technology enterprises, including regulatory sandbox models that encourage innovation, new business models, and the removal of bottlenecks to create a practical market for domestic technology products.
Aspiration to rise as a global digital technology enterprise
Speaking at the ceremony, Mr. Nguyen Khac Lich, Director General of the ICT Industry Department, highly appreciated HTI Group’s achievements over the past decade. He emphasized that sustainable development requires businesses to align their mission with national goals in science, technology, innovation, and digital transformation.

He noted that the past 10 years mark only the beginning, while the next decade will be a period of breakthrough and global expansion. HTI should increase investment in R&D, targeting at least 10–20% of total revenue, pursue internationally recognized patents, and implement a “go-global” strategy—leveraging the domestic market as a foundation for global expansion.
At the same time, HTI is encouraged to take the lead in addressing national challenges, investing in core technologies to accelerate digital transformation, promote the digital economy, and strengthen technological self-reliance.
Mr. Nguyen Khac Lich also highlighted the importance of standardizing operations according to the highest international standards and building a distinctive corporate culture defined by discipline, creativity, and breakthrough thinking.
Receiving the Certificate of Merit from the Minister of Science and Technology is both a great honor and a strong motivation for HTI Group to remain committed to innovation and technological development.
Guided by the spirit of “steadfastly creating value – persistently building the future,” HTI Group aims in the coming years to further enhance its R&D capabilities, expand its operations, and strengthen its presence in international markets.
The 10-year milestone is not only an opportunity to reflect on the past journey but also the beginning of a new phase of development, as the company continues to nurture its ambitions and contribute to the advancement of Vietnam’s science and technology in the digital era.
