The Vietnam – India Innovation Forum 2026, themed “Cooperation in Human Resource Development, Science, Technology, Innovation and Digital Transformation,” was held in the context of the continuously growing relationship between Vietnam and India. The event focused on promoting collaboration in the fields of science and technology, artificial intelligence (AI), semiconductors, digital transformation, and high-quality human resource development.

The forum brought together government agencies, research institutes, universities, and leading technology enterprises from both countries to strengthen connections within the innovation ecosystem, promote technology transfer, and expand sustainable cooperation programs between Vietnam and India.

As part of the event, HTI Group and Cognyte signed a strategic cooperation agreement to jointly design, develop, and commercialize technology platforms under the “Make in Vietnam” orientation. This milestone also marks an important continuation following the meeting and cooperation discussions between HTI Group’s leadership and Cognyte in Vietnam in August 2025.

Under the agreement, both parties agreed to develop a product ecosystem that combines “localization” and “globalization,” focusing on technology transfer and building technology development and deployment capabilities in Vietnam. The collaboration aims to optimize costs, enhance product quality, and improve scalability. The technology platforms developed through this partnership are intended not only for the Vietnamese market but also to meet the demands of countries across the Asia-Pacific region and international markets.
